Thank you so very much for the compassion and kindness you showed the day I had to bring my dog Max in to be put to sleep. Even though we had never come to your clinic before, you were all so kind, so caring, and so gentle- both with Max and with me. He was my life, but you gave me the chance to give him his life back, and for that I am eternally grateful.
