We use holistic and traditional veterinary medicine to treat your cat or dog’s ailments and prevent future problems.

For more than 35 years, Glen Oak Dog and Cat Hospital, based in Glenview, Illinois, has earned accreditation from the American Animal Hospital Association, an accreditation organization handling small animal private practices.

Our doctors are licensed to practice in Illinois and by the United States Department of Agriculture. We provide all services in English and Polish.

Holistic Pet Care

We offer a holistic approach to provide complementary pet care through:

  • Pet acupuncture: A safe and effective treatment for cats and dogs with arthritis, epilepsy and other conditions
  • Massage therapy: A one-hour massage can improve circulation and increase range of motion in your pet.
  • Chiropractic: Chiropractic emphasizes diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. The general health of the nervous system is an indicator of overall health. The main chiropractic treatment technique involves manual therapy especially adjustments of the spine. Traditional chiropractic asserts that a vertebral subluxation or spinal joint dysfunction interferes with the body’s function and its innate intelligence, and therefor the health and proper functioning of the body.
